Regardless of where you choose to host simPRO, all the data transmitted between your devices and the server is encrypted using a 128 bit SSL Certificate. You’re getting the same level of security as your online banking.

The servers setup in our hosting environment are fully redundant and backed up across multiple locations globally. There are clustered load balancers, web servers, database servers and storage servers to ensure that our hosting is consistent, stable and completely replicated. As a result, our hosted customers have peace of mind knowing that their information is always secure and accessible.

Our data centre employs state-of-the-art electronic security through 100% Cisco hardened routers (which are regularly audited by Cisco) as well as multiple levels of physical security and dedicated facilities (not shared between multiple providers). There are also certified engineers and security teams on-site 24/7.
