Perth User Forum Update
With the South Australian User Forum coming up on the 24th of this month, it seems timely to reflect on what development ideas came out of the first forum held in Perth last year, and how they are benefiting simPRO users.
A lot of great ideas came out of Western Australia in November last year, and judging by the enthusiasm from those coming to the SA forum there will be a lot more. If you are based in South Australia and have not yet RSVP’d to come along please do so – it is a great day and excellent opportunity to have a say in the direction of the system managing your business.
One of the development ideas from Perth that has been released is the single page for job creation/scheduling, the Call Centre Module. The Call Centre Module enables high volumes of calls to be logged, scheduled and dispatched all from a single screen.
It is perfect for environments where the high volume of calls makes keeping track of and scheduling jobs very difficult. The module has features like automatic scheduling, an operations centre that allows for rapid schedule changing and dispatch, single screen job management and alternate login area meaning these staff don’t need access to the main simPRO system.
There are a lot more ideas still being worked on that are keeping the development team typically busy. No doubt the forum in Adelaide will spawn some further great ideas that will further cement simPRO as the market leader in trade service business software.
