The maintenance planner will analyse all equipment on valid contracts across all your customers sites, work out which peices of equipment are due for servicing and at what service level they are due at and automatically create jobs to service the equipment.

From that point you can bring back from the field the testing results and have the system automatically turn your defects reported into quotes to send back to the customer for approval in seconds.

Assets can be billed on jobs within an agreed pricing contract structure on a do and charge basis or in advance, saving you the headache of trying to work out which jobs to invoice for, when they need to be done, if they have been done, when they were done and what was the outcome.
