Xero is a web based accounting system being used in over 50 countries. The interface between simPRO and Xero does not require any software to be installed on your local PC and therefore can be used wherever it is needed as it can be accessed directly in simPRO.

The interface is continually upgraded with new releases of Xero and simPRO and sends information from Xero to simPRO in an initial load (customer, supplier and employee databases) and then sends from simPRO to Xero on an ongoing basis Customers, Employees, Suppliers, Contractors, Invoices, Payments, Credits, Supplier Invoices, Contractor Invoices and Job Cards.

Xero also has direct bank feeds to read payments made into your bank account and assists with the reconciliation process by suggesting which payments in your bank feeds most likely match the invoices you have sent your customers.

Because of this, many people find it easier to apply their payments into Xero, then have those payments brought back into simPRO.
