Recent Development Highlights

simPRO is constantly evolving.  The simPRO philosophy is to continually improve the software so that it is the best available system on the market. Thanks to the growing number of companies choosing to implement simPRO to help them run their business more efficiently we are constantly developing  new and better ways to get the job done.

Some of the recent system developments include:

The Call Centre

simPRO now has a new add-on module called The Call Centre.  Licensed on a per seat basis, the call centre module enables high volumes of calls to be logged, scheduled and dispatched all from a single screen.  The call centre module is perfect for environments where the high volume of calls makes keeping track of and scheduling jobs very difficult.   The module has features like automatic scheduling, an operations centre that allows for rapid schedule changing and dispatch, single screen job management and alternate login area meaning these staff don’t need access to the main simPRO system.

The call centre can be run in house or at a third party call centre, and is licensed monthly per seat allowing you the flexibility to scale up the call centre operation for peak periods or promotions and scale down for off peak periods.

Payroll Categories

simPRO Enterprise can now associate your current payroll categories against normal and over time scheduling as well as all the activities you schedule.  simPRO will then output this data in a format that is importable by many payroll systems, meaning that if your scheduling is up to date and accurate, you can then use it to import your time sheets from simPRO into your accounting system which in turn greatly speeds up payroll.

Assign your jobs via maps instead of a calendar

You are now able to plot on a map within simPRO all your customers, suppliers, employees and jobs.  From these maps you are then able to assign your work out to your field staff more effectively.
